Хизматҳоро бинедHere the language is the point.
You have a large Delphi codebase that runs a real part of the business, and the market for people who can work on it has been shrinking for fifteen years. This is a staffing problem before it is a technical one.
Legacy Delphi Maintenance & Modernization →Here the language is irrelevant.
Most companies building on ZKTeco and comparable hardware work in C# or Java, because that is what the manufacturer targets. That is a sensible choice and it does not affect what I bring: how the protocol behaves in the field as opposed to how it is documented, biometric template handling across device generations, and the rule logic behind night shifts, overtime, multiple calendars and leave.
Access Control & Time-Attendance Systems →Here it is an engineering decision, not a preference.
Managed runtimes are the right default for most software. But some components must start in milliseconds, fit on constrained hardware, sit exactly on a binary wire format, or hold a socket open for months. For that class of problem native C and Object Pascal are the correct tool — and I will tell you plainly when your problem is not in that class.
Native & Low-Level Engineering →Delphi 7 / 2007 / XE codebases that still run the business and nobody wants to own. Unicode, Win32 to Win64, BDE and dbExpress to FireDAC, dead third-party components. Also available as subcontract capacity for software companies.
Read moreDomain engineering for PDKS products, independent of your implementation language. Real-world ZKTeco PUSH v3.1.2 behaviour, biometric templates across device generations, and shift, overtime, calendar and leave rule design.
Read moreC and Object Pascal for components where a managed runtime is the wrong fit: dependency-free services, small binaries on constrained and edge hardware, binary protocols, TCP bridges. Delivered behind a boundary your existing stack already speaks.
Read moreInterface-based SOA on mORMot2, ORM design over PostgreSQL, JWT with ES256, and Pascal running on Linux — for teams that already have an Object Pascal codebase.

PUSH protocol behaviour as it actually is. Server-side implementation of ZKTeco PUSH Communication Protocol v3.1.2: registration and the option handshake, ATTLOG and OPERLOG ingestion, the command queue and its acknowledgement path, and stamp bookkeeping for incremental sync — including the parts where field behaviour and the documentation disagree.
Biometric template management across mixed fleets. ZK template versions v9 and v10, ISO 19794-2 and ANSI-378, per-device capacity limits, PIN collisions when separately managed sites are merged, and re-enrolment paths when a template will not verify on a newer sensor generation.
Attendance rule logic. Night shifts that cross midnight, overtime bands and thresholds, multiple overlapping calendars, holidays, leave types and their interaction with shift assignment. This is where time-attendance products actually fail.
Device behaviour on real networks. Terminals behind NAT, links that drop for hours, clocks that drift, devices that buffer and then replay, firmware that silently omits a category of events — with idempotent ingestion and reconciliation designed around all of it.
Codebases from Delphi 7 / 2007 / XE brought forward to current compilers: the ANSI to Unicode break and everything it silently corrupted, Win32 to Win64 including record alignment against C headers, BDE and dbExpress to FireDAC, and third-party components whose vendors no longer exist.
A TCP bridge in Delphi with a C component, tunnelling terminal traffic out of private customer LANs to a public server: outbound-only, multiplexed per device serial number, keepalives tuned below NAT timeouts, reconnect with bounded backoff. mORMot2 SOA services, PostgreSQL schema and ORM design, JWT with ES256, and Pascal compiled and deployed on Linux.
SQL Server and PostgreSQL through FireDAC and ODBC: retry and backoff for databases in a recovery or transitional state, stale pooled connections after a failover, transient error codes that need a retry rather than an error dialog, and idempotent write paths.

Дидани тафсилотA simple and fast Persian (Jalali) calendar app with national & religious events, Persian–Gregorian date conversion, and offline access. Built for Persian-speaking users.
Дидани тафсилотThis useful tool is designed for Delphi 12 IDE and adds the ability to manage Favorite Lists directly within the development environment. Developers can use this extension to create multiple lists and organize related projects or files based on their personal preferences or importance. This feature allows users to easily arrange projects according to their own priorities.
Дидани тафсилотA Delphi codebase nobody wants to own. A time-attendance system that calculates the night shift wrong twice a month. A device fleet that stopped reporting and the vendor said "reinstall the software". A component that needs to run on hardware with no room for a runtime.
